ABOUT CIVIL REGISTRY
The City Civil Registry Office was created through Section 454 of R.A. 7160 to act as records keeper of all civil registry documents and judicial decrees affecting the civil status of a person, and is also responsible for the civil registration program of the local government unit pursuant to the Civil Registry Law, the Civil Code, and other pertinent laws, rules and regulations.
